For more than 30 years, Sean Doughtie has been building and renovating homes across Atlanta with a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and lasting relationships. As a licensed general contractor, he has led projects ranging from ground-up custom homes to thoughtful renovations that honor a property’s character while introducing modern comfort and functionality.
Along the way, he teamed up with his wife, Michelle, owner of Schilling & Co. Interior Design, whose eye for detail and style has elevated every project they’ve touched together. This partnership has grown into a true design-build firm—bringing architecture, construction, and interiors under one roof to deliver a seamless process and stunning results.
